After that, you’ll have the option of choosing a from and to DPI. Your in-game sensitivity value: Your mouse CPI value (optional, just for physical measurements). How Rapha has such an excellent aim with this sensitivity is beyond me, I can't even feel the mouse moving while tracking at this sens.ģ2cm/360 is the sweet spot but if you can aim well with higer sensitivity go for it as you'll have an advantage with speed of movement, awareness and rockets. Players who use higher sensitivity include Avek 26cm and Rapha who uses 22cm. For example Cypher uses 39cm/360 with accel and Killsen uses 44cm/360 with accel. If you go above 35cm/360, you should use some accel because otherwise you'll be turning around too slowly and you won't have snappy rockets or fast strafe acceleration. Raisy, vengeur, Maxter, base, strongsage all use sesitivities around 32cm. So if you had sensitivity 5, and clmouseaccel 0.1 your values would look like this zoomed in: 0.4639 5 zoomed-in sensitivity 2.3195. The most common sens is around 32cm/360, As Vengeur said this is the best balance between precision and speed and I have to agree with him. So in the case of 52 zoomfov, and 103 fov the value of k being 0.4639 is exactly what you would expect because this would mean roughly half the sensitivity. AGENT for example uses a crazy high sens like 800 dpi 14 sens or something ridiculous like that. How to use this sensitivity calculator To use this calculator, simply choose which games you want to convert from and to, then enter the sensitivity of the original game you’re converting from. So long as you aren’t fatigued by you sens or literally shaking when you lg and rail you should be fine. So I play much better in quake using 800dpi 2 sens instead of my usual 800dpi 0.75 sens because in quake you need to be turning much more and aiming all over not just clicking enemy’s heads. You need predictive aim for Rockets alongside your flick and tracking with rail and lg respectively. I come from counterstrike and it is similar to apex in that great aim is key so you want you go as low as possible while still being able to 180. ![]() A bunch more stuff influences your sens like fov. Some pros play on low sens like 400dpi 1.5 but they are using accel. 75 is probably not realistic until mice weigh like 10 grams lol. I wouldn’t go higher than like 800dpi 3 sens and anything lower than 800dpi. So long as you can comfortably perform 180 degree turns your sens is fine. ![]()
